Not Just Ink on Paper

Litho Printing

Our almost exclusive Heidelberg (the premier German manufacturer) Print room houses SRA2 Litho Presses with four colour, two colour and single colour machines. Litho presses still have an edge over Digital, particularly in the long run and quality reproduction markets. They are also extremely versatile when it comes to the papers and boards they can handle, anything from lightweight 60gram papers up to 600micron Show Board (very thick card) all producing excellent quality prints.

Digital Printing

Our outstanding Digital Press, the Xerox Versant 90 which collates, stitches, drills, and folds, suits all types of print starting with very short runs upwards. Perfect for Newsletters, Booklets and Brochures, which are produced from start to finish, resulting in a complete job in one pass! Also great for Invitations, Business Cards, Leaflets and Posters, it’s fast and the quality is superb.

Letterpress

Our 1962 Heidelberg Platen is still producing excellent results and customers love the slightly indented and uneven texture it brings to printing. It harks back to when craftsmen created works of art as a matter of course. If you want a vintage look for your personal stationery or cards then this is for you!

Thermography

Another Old Craft is the art of raising an image by means of heat and a specially formulated powder. This is particularly striking with a single colour onto an artisan smooth or textured card and great for personal stationery.
